Our standard processing time is 5 business days for all orders.
During the holiday season, specifically in the months of November, December, and January, our processing time is extended to 10 business days. We want to ensure that each product receives the attention and care it deserves during this busy period.
We currently only ship within the United States.
Orders are shipped via UPS and include a tracking number.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the UPS tracking information.
Standard delivery times after processing may vary based on your location.
During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be subject to additional delays due to increased demand and potential carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding during these times.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a UPS tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Use the provided UPS tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
Handling and Care of Ceramics:
Ceramics are delicate in nature and must be handled, stored, and cleaned with care to avoid chipping, cracking, or other damage.
When handling ceramics, please take precautions to prevent accidental drops or impacts.
Store ceramics in a secure and stable location to prevent potential breakage.
When cleaning ceramics, use gentle cleaning methods and avoid abrasive materials that may cause damage to the surface.
Use only colorless natural dishwashing soap and be sure to rinse off all soapy residue or it may result in staining.
We recommend handwashing ceramics whenever possible to maintain their integrity.
Please be aware that the nature of ceramics involves some variations in glaze, color, and texture, which add to their unique character.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for ceramics that break or suffer damage during use.
If you notice any damage upon delivery, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with clear photos and your order number.
Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
To expedite the resolution process, provide clear photos of the full product, including close-ups of the damage, as well as any damage to the packaging.
This information must be sent within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date from the shipping provider.
Include your order number for prompt assistance.
We are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping provider.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a secure delivery location and to track the package using the provided tracking information.
If you have concerns about the security of your delivery location, we recommend selecting a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package or using a secure delivery option if provided by the shipping carrier.
